Support SCVSAR K9 Teams

The Snohomish County Volunteer Search and Rescue (SCVSAR) K9 Team is a part of SCVSAR, a not-for-profit (501c3) volunteer organization committed to assisting the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office in locating lost persons and rescuing injured persons from the backcountry.
Although K9 team handlers are volunteers deployed by the Snohomish County Sheriffs, they are generally not reimbursed for their expenses from taxpayer or government funds. K9 Team handlers make a substantial investment of time and personal financial resources in training and equipment to become and stay operational. Public donations are much appreciated and needed. In addition to financial support, the K9 teams rely heavily on SCVSAR members for Field Support on missions, and as subjects and support at trainings.
